General
What is LuvBill?
LuvBill is a platform where creators list their real bills (rent, utilities, subscriptions, etc.) and fans can pay them directly. It's a more personal way to support creators you love.
Is LuvBill free to use?
For fans: Yes, completely free. You just pay the bill amount (plus any optional tip).
For creators: Free to sign up. We take a 5% fee only when you receive a payment.
How is this different from other platforms?
Unlike tip jars or subscriptions, LuvBill lets fans pay for specific, real expenses. Fans know exactly where their money goes, and creators get help with actual bills.
For Fans
Do I need an account to pay a bill?
No! You can pay any bill as a guest. Accounts are optional but let you chat with creators and track your payment history.
Can I pay part of a bill?
No, bills are paid in full. This keeps things simple and lets creators know their bill is completely covered.
Can I tip on top of a bill?
Yes! When paying, you can add an optional tip of any amount.
Can I pay anonymously?
Yes. When paying, check the "Pay anonymously" option. The creator will see "Anonymous" instead of your name.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us at hello@luvbill.com within 24 hours of payment. Refunds are handled case by case.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted payment processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your full card number.
For Creators
How do I get paid?
Payments go directly to your bank account through Stripe. You'll connect your bank during signup. Payouts typically arrive in 2-3 business days.
What fees do you charge?
- LuvBill fee: 5% of each payment
- Stripe fee: ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
So on a $100 payment, you'd receive about $91.80.
How do I set up my account?
- Sign up at luvbill.com/signup
- Choose "I'm a Creator"
- Set up your profile (name, bio, photo)
- Connect Stripe for payments
- Add your bills
- Share your link!

What bills can I list?
Any real expense! Popular categories include:
- Rent/mortgage
- Utilities (electric, water, internet)
- Subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, gym)
- Personal care (nails, hair, skincare)
- Transportation (car payment, gas)
- Health (prescriptions, dental)
Can I change a bill amount after someone pays?
No. Once a bill is paid, the amount is locked. You can create a new bill with a different amount.
How do I withdraw my money?
You don't need to! Stripe automatically deposits your earnings to your connected bank account.
Do I need to pay taxes on earnings?
Yes, LuvBill earnings are taxable income. We don't withhold taxes. Stripe provides 1099 forms for US creators earning $600+. Consult a tax professional for advice.

Is LuvBill secure?
Yes! We use:
- Stripe for payment processing (bank-level security)
- HTTPS encryption on all pages
- Secure authentication for accounts
What if a payment fails?
If your payment doesn't go through:
- Check your card details
- Make sure you have sufficient funds
- Try a different payment method
- Contact your bank if issues persist
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account ā Settings ā Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
What data do you collect?
- Basic account info (email, name)
- Payment history
- Messages between users

Can I change my username?
Yes, go to Account ā Settings ā Profile and update your username. Note: Your link will change too!
Troubleshooting
I paid but the creator didn't receive it
Payments can take a few minutes to process. If it's been more than an hour, contact us at hello@luvbill.com with your payment receipt.
I can't connect my Stripe account
Make sure you:
- Have a valid bank account
- Enter correct personal information
- Complete all Stripe verification steps
If issues persist, contact support.
The page isn't loading
Try:
- Refreshing the page
- Clearing your browser cache
- Using a different browser
- Checking your internet connection
