Creating a LuvBill account as a fan is optional but comes with perks!

Do I Need an Account?

No! You can pay any creator's bills without an account.

But if you want to:

• Chat with creators you've supported
• See your full payment history
• Save your payment method
• Get recognized by creators

...then a free account is worth it!

Creating an Account

After a Payment

The easiest way:

1. Pay a creator's bill
2. On the success page, click "Create Account"
3. Your email is already filled in
4. Set a password
5. Done!

Your payment is automatically linked to your new account.

From Scratch

1. Go to luvbill.com/signup
2. Choose "I'm a Fan"
3. Enter your email and password (or use Google/Twitter)
4. Verify your email
5. You're in!

What Can Fans Do?

View Payment History

See every payment you've made:

• Which creators you've supported
• Which bills you've paid
• Amounts and dates
• Any tips you've added

Go to Account → Payment History

Chat with Creators

After paying a creator's bill, you can message them!

1. Go to Account → Messages
2. Find the creator
3. Send a message

Creators love hearing from supporters. Even a simple "hey, hope this helps!" means a lot.

Save Payment Methods

Tired of entering your card every time?

1. Go to Account → Settings → Payment Methods
2. Add a card
3. Next time you pay, just select it!

Your card is stored securely by Stripe.

Manage Your Profile

Customize how creators see you:

• Display name - What creators see when you pay
• Profile photo - Optional avatar
• Anonymous mode - Hide your name on payments

Privacy Options

Anonymous Payments

Don't want creators to see your name?

When paying, check "Pay anonymously"

The creator will see:

• That someone paid their bill
• The amount
• "Anonymous" instead of your name

Profile Privacy

In Account → Settings → Privacy:

• Hide your payment history from your profile
• Control who can message you

Account Security

Password

• Use a strong, unique password
• Change it anytime in Settings

Connected Accounts

If you signed up with Google or Twitter:

• You can add a password for email login
• Or keep using social login only

Two-Factor Authentication

Coming soon! We're adding 2FA for extra security.

Deleting Your Account

Want to leave?

1. Go to Account → Settings
2. Scroll to "Delete Account"
3. Confirm deletion

What happens:

• Your account is permanently deleted
• Payment history is anonymized
• Conversations are removed
• Creators won't be able to identify you

What stays:

• Payment records (for creator accounting)
• But they'll show as "Deleted User"
